Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility : Customers are eligible for a refund if the product received is damaged. Damage to the product must be reported to us within 2 days of the item’s arrival. Customers are also entitled to cancel their Order within 7 days without giving any reason.

Refund Options:  Depending on the customer’s preference and the reason for the refund, we offer the following options For damaged items: Customers can choose between a partial or full refund based on the extent of the damage. For order cancellations: Customers will receive a full refund for the returned Goods.

Return Process for Refunds and Cancellations:  In the case of a full refund or order cancellation, customers must inform us of their decision. If the Goods are to be returned, they should be sent to the following address: 164,kesbewa Road, boralesgamuwa, Boralesgamuwa, Sri Lanka.

Refund Processing:  Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the damage or the cancellation request. After confirming the eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as used for the Order, and customers will not incur any fees for reimbursement. For order cancellations, refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility:  Customers are eligible for a return if they are dissatisfied with the purchase or if the product falls under any of the following conditions: The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

  •     The Goods are in the original packaging.
  •     The Goods are undamaged and in their original condition.
  •    The Goods are not among the non-returnable items (e.g., personalized items, perishable goods, intimate     items).
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team within 7 days from the date of purchase. Our customer service team will guide customers through the return process, including providing instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for returns.
 
Refund for Returns: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund for eligible returns.
 

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility:  Customers are eligible for an exchange if they wish to do so. The exchange should be within the price of the original purchase.

Exchange Conditions: The item being exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer must provide proof of purchase.

Courier Fee: In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the courier fee associated with the return of the item.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, customers should contact our customer service team within 3 Days from the date of purchase. Our customer service team will guide customers through the exchange process, including providing the necessary instructions for returning the item.
