Ceylon Eyewear Warranty Policy
All premium blue cut glasses purchased from Ceylon Eyewear come with a 6-month warranty on any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to discounted or discontinued frame models
What’s Covered ?
This warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:
1. Lens defects, such as cracks, improper coatings, or issues that occur under normal use.
2. Frame issues such as misaligned, broken, or loose hinges, screws, or arms.
3. Lenses that do not fit properly
What’s Not Covered?
Scratches or damage resulting from mishandling, improper care, or accidents. These typically
include deep or irregular scratches caused by dropping, improper cleaning, or impact.
Normal wear and tear on lenses or frames, including minor surface scratches from regular
use
Warranty Claim Process:
All warranty claims will be submitted to our inspection team for review and approval.
1. Report the defect via our website form or by emailing info@ceyloneyewear.com.
2. Provide proof of purchase and your warranty card.
3. Return the product to our designated location (customers are responsible for return shipping)
Resolution
If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer either a repair or a replacement at no extra charge. Ceylon Eyewear is not responsible for determining the outcome of claims involving damage unrelated to
